As an approved DVA provider, Ausnest Unity delivers clinically necessary nursing care with dignity, respect, and compassion, supporting veterans wherever they reside.

Eligibility & How to Get Started

Who Can Access DVA Community Nursing?

You may be eligible if you are:
A DVA Gold Card holder
A DVA White Card holder (for accepted conditions)
An eligible war widow or widower
How to Begin: 
1. Obtain a referral from your GP or authorised health practitioner.
2. Contact Ausnest Unity – we guide you and your doctor through the DVA referral process step by step.
3. Once approved, we develop a personalised care plan and schedule tailored to your needs.
